Aha

Eric told Tom, he would never go with him, dumpster diving, but somehow they're in the back alley of best buy, Eric watching over him dumpster diving. This was way out of Eric's comfort zone, he was really watching around making sure no one sees us. 

"Hey Tom could we hurry up please", I said to him nervously  

"No way man, there so much stuff in here look", Tom said as he tossed me a rectangular box

"Isn't that the keyboard you want?" Tom said, with a slight smirk

"I mean yeah, but there, no the way this is legal Tom, I don't feel good about this", Eric said 

"They were already throwing it away anyways, let's just say it was a bit of treasure hunting", Tom said, as he had a box full of wires, a set of speakers and a computer monitor

"Ok, can we leave now?", Eric asks urgently ask Tom again

"Chill out dude, and yes we can go now, Tom said, before getting closer to Eric

"I know you may look at me wrong for doing this, but trust me when I say this. I take these things to fix them, and make sure my brother and I have a home to live in."

Eric, looked at Tom, thinking, he had no idea about Tom's situation. From his perspective, Tom was always happy and positive, sometimes overly positive about life. He hid everything from Eric, trying to play it cool whenever they were hanging out.  

"I-I had no idea Tom...", Eric, said softly
